Hardware Processing Procedures and Precautions
The precision metalworking process begins with placing orders for steel materials from suppliers based on production requirements. Once the order is confirmed, the steel blanks are cut to size. Following cutting, dimensional tolerances are checked on all four edges. After this inspection, minor components and small parts can be directly fed into punching presses for subsequent milling or CNC machining. Such detailed processes are commonly employed in the manufacturing of eyewear and automotive components. In contrast, container fabrication typically involves only cutting and punching before proceeding straight to welding; after sandblasting, the next steps are painting and final assembly of various components, after which the finished products are ready for shipment.
