Dongguan Baodun Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in October 2014 and is located in Houjie Town, Dongguan City—a region renowned worldwide for its precision manufacturing. The location boasts convenient transportation and seamless logistics, but more importantly, it is surrounded by a well-developed and mature manufacturing industry ecosystem, enabling rapid and efficient coordination of diverse process requirements, scalable production, and full satisfaction of customer needs.

The company integrates design, manufacturing, assembly, and sales and service, with a primary focus on biomedical equipment. Its product portfolio also encompasses automotive components, production-line equipment for new-energy batteries, aerospace and aviation parts, beverage-production-line equipment, automation systems, and hardware manufacturing, among other industries. Over many years of practical production experience, the company has developed extensive expertise in machining a wide range of materials—primarily various aluminum alloys, as well as stainless steel, low-carbon steel, mold steel, bearing steel, brass alloys, POM, nylon, PC, and bakelite. The company’s production facilities are currently centered around CNC machining centers, complemented by CNC lathes, wire EDM, conventional milling machines, and grinding machines. Its inspection equipment includes Mitutoyo height gauges, 2D measuring instruments, hardness testers, micrometers and calipers of various specifications, pin gauges, gauge blocks, and thread gauges, thereby providing robust assurance for rapid scale-up of production while meeting stringent quality requirements.
